We accept all major credit cards for payment.
We accept payments via ACH or wire transfer. To proceed, please email us your request, and we will provide an electronic quote and invoice containing all necessary credentials for payment processing.
Cancellation of equipment rental and services prior to discount deadline date will have a 10% Credit Card transaction fee. Cancellation after the discount deadline date a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the entire order. No refunds can be issued if equipment or services are cancelled within 72 hours of delivery.
When adding your item on the cart, you will be asked for your "Booth Number" and "Event Name". When providing the delivery address on the payment page, please put your mailing address. We never send any equipment to the mailing address. Equipment will be sent and installed to the exhibit booth number at the event you have entered under "Event Name".
Yes, a qualified AV Technician will deliver and set the rental equipment. The Technician will make sure the equipment is properly set and will followup with you to make sure everything gets connected.
All monitors are equipped with a 25-foot HDMI cable. A 50-foot HDMI cable can be provided upon request for longer cable runs.
Monitors are provided with standard table stands only. Floor stands and wall mounts are available for an additional rental fee and can be selected from the dropdown options when adding the item to your cart. Please note that certain units may not support table, floor, or wall mounts.
Monitors are supplied with the necessary power cords; however, electrical power must be arranged through the exhibit floor management company or event organizer. We can assist in directing you to the appropriate provider upon request.
