No, all monitors come with regular table stand. Any floor stands and or wall mount come at an additional rental cost. These may be added on the dropdown options tab when adding to the cart. Please read carefully as some units don't support table, floor or wall mount.
No, the monitor comes with the necessary power cords but the electrical power must be order to the exhibit floor management company or event organizer. If asked, we can always direct you to the right provider.
Yes, we accept all mayor credit cards.
Yes, you must send us an email with your request and we will send you a generated electronic quote and invoice with all the necessary credentials so you can process your payment thru ACH and or Wire Transfer.
Cancellation of equipment rental and services prior to discount deadline date will have a 10% Credit Card transaction fee. Cancellation after the discount deadline date a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the entire order. No refunds can be issued if equipment or services are cancelled within 72 hours of delivery.
When adding your item on the cart, you will be asked for your "Booth Number" and "Event Name". When providing the delivery address on the payment page, please put your mailing address. We never send any equipment to the mailing address. Equipment will be sent and installed to the exhibit booth number at the event you have entered under "Event Name".
Yes, a qualified AV Technician will deliver and set the rental equipment. The Technician will make sure the equipment is properly set and will followup with you to make sure everything gets connected.
